This Council is responsible for almost all local government services from education to waste disposal, across its 118 square miles of territory. More and more emphasis is being placed on involving local communities in shaping and developing services. Boasting a thriving town centre, the borough enjoys some of the lowest house prices in the country and some of the best public transport, leisure and sporting facilities.

Networks Unlimited were asked for assistance in identifying issues that appeared to be adversely affecting the performance of the network. Owing to the intermittent nature of the problems being experienced, Networks Unlimited suggested performing a remote health-check that would allow for an extended period of analysis at an affordable cost.

Working closely with the Council's IT staff during the monitoring period, Networks Unlimited were able to provide and interpret a range of network monitoring data that ultimately led to a resolution of the difficulties that were being experienced.
